When it finishes charging, I can´t use it, because only works for minutes, then it turns off.

One day, my little nephew took my computer and tried to put a microsoft word file into the SD Card, since it my device is not working properly. Help me, please!!! What can I do!! I don't have much money to buy another one.

you can format your SD card and reinstall software according to your unit. please provide what languge should it be?
