I got my unit out of the box as I told you over the phone, The battery is dead so I ordered a new battery from Ectaco. I was told to contact Phil for the newest update. I folled your instructions to the letter but the unit stopped working. I dont know what or why but now with the sd card removed, it is working again. I need the exact update and I need exact instructions to get the files copied onto the card so that my hardware device can read it. :ps: :ps: :ps: :ps:
