I have tried to download an avi video to my er900, but get nothing that the translator can see.
There are several formats of .avi ... which one(s) are compatible with the ER900, or am I doing something wrong ... I copied directly from my computer to the video folder on the translator ...

Hey Tom,

Thanks for the question! I'm sorry to hear about the dificulty.

When you go into video player, then hit "File" then "Open file" do you see anything in that folder? If so do the other files play?

Here are a few solutions:
1) File may be no good: Does the file work on your PC?
2) SD card difficulty: After you put the file on the SD card double click it and see if you can run the file on your PC from the card.
3)Format: Could you try a file in another format to see if the Video player is in fact functioning properly?
4) Device difficulty. Try to take out the SD card from the unit. Make sure the small slider on the side is on "un
