Hello, I have the model P900 language teacher/dictionary unit. Whenever I would try to open up the audio phrase book, I would get a "The parameter is incorrect" pop up. Any help?

Hey,

Thanks for the question and sorry about the difficulty with the unit. This error message could be due to an improper sync with the device hardware and software. Please do the following:

1) Please remove the SD card from the side of the device.
2) Make sure the slider on the side of the card is in the unlocked position (toward the metal connectors).
3) Replace the card.
4) Press the reset button. It is underneath the device, you can use a paperclip or the stylus.
