Hi,

Thanks for the question and sorry to hear about the difficulty! Please let me know the following first.

1) Please let me know the format of the videos and the books.
2) Are you attempting to add them to the proper section on the SD card (the video folder and Books folder)?
3) Do you get an error message when trying to add them? If yes what does it say exactly.

Any other specifics you think we should know would definitely help. Please let me know so i can better help. Thanks!

its when i attach the partner to the pc. i go into the computer section on my computer and it says the card needs to be formatted. i can't even get to the the different folders. it says the sd card needs to be formatted. then it ask do you want to format the card and i have to cancel because i know that it will erase the software that is already on the card

i need to know what i can do to get the books and videos on the card without erasing the language software that is already on the sd card

also can i buy another sd card and place the books and videos on it so that it won't matter if i format. i tried that it said i had to have a os image.

Hey,

Ok this is defiantly an unusual problem. Let me just make sure i understand.

You plug the device in to the PC > You go to "My computer" > You see the SD card "(E:) Secure digital storage device" > You double click that and get the error message? Is that correct?

If that is correct i would try the following.
1) Make sure the tiny slider on the side of the SD card is in the unlocked position. Towards the metal connectors (If applicable).
2) If you have an SD card reader separate or built into your PC please use that. It will bypass the device and eliminate that as a possible factor.
3) Try it with a different PC.

Let me know how it turns out!
