I ordered an ECTACO jetBook Color Deluxe on 21st June 2012 (COM-271746). My credit card
company informed me that the payment had been taken yesterday (27th).
But later as I logged into my account on Ectaco website, it showed that my
order has been canceled. How could this happen? There must be
something wrong. Please help!
